Halloween

Halloween can be thought in many different ways.
It can be scary,funny or a night mare for parents because of all the candy our children acquire.
I choose to see Halloween as a great time to dress up in a costume and be something or someone you are.
As a child I also,wore what I had we did not go out and send money on that one night.
My parents would hand out candy at the door while my brother would take mom out to the neighbor's house.
Today things are a little different.
My children are used to buying a costume even it that costume is a cat costume or just some makeup.
Here's hoping you have a good not scary Halloween!

Fall is upon us

Fall is upon our doorsteps..
Wait what is that I hear??
The sound of leaves blowing and changing.

Fall is here!
There is a chill in the air and the smell of fire burning.

Time for the sun to go down and children to come in early.
Soon,it will be Halloween.

Life can be a challenge

At times life can be a challenge.

Sometimes we don't know how to fix the problems that come along.

I believe that if we want to turn our challenges into victories we have to put our trust in God.

No matter how big or small the challenge, God is always there to help us through it!

Try to think of the positives things in your life at times of challenge.

It's ok to ask for help!

When we put our trust in God,we can win every challenge that comes our way!

The next time life gives you a problem remember always,to look up and ask ask God for help!

The breathe of God brings many things.
One of which is the rain that falls from the Heavens.


Tap,tap goes the rain on my window.
If you listen closely you can hear the grass and flowers growing.

The birds of the air have worms to eat again!

The Lord smiles upon the earth when it rains because he knows he is feeding animals and breathing new life into the ground below.

We have been friends for along time..

No matter what I know I can count on you to be there when I need shoulder to cry on or someone to laugh with.

When times got tough and I felt like I couldn't go on you were there to help me stay strong.

Friends forever is what I hope we will always be!
There for each other no matter what life brings us or what trial we may go through, friends forever that is me and you!

Today was an Awesome day!!
The Lord Blessed my family on this day!
Going to a parade that our son and oldest daughter are going to be in!
Stood and watched as the floats went by and the cars and all the people while our youngest daughter collected candy that they were throwing.
Truly a God Blessed day!A kiss from Heaven and we were on our way!
Sun shining,people talking,we were walking to find our family.

The end of the day was just as good!
God has Bless and kissed this day!
Thank-you Lord!!

The music in me is singing and ringing in my ears.

I begin to smile as my heart smiles too.
I feel amazing while listening and singing.(as I love to sing)
I feel like a new person.
I think to myself "this is my happy place".
Have you ever had that feeling the one where you wish the moment would last forever!

Being a Mom..

Being a Mom..
It is a Blessing!
I enjoy my children and at the same time, need a break from them and they from Mom.
Children are very sweet and wonderful to watch grow!
Through every scratched knee and smile they know that Mom is here for them and that is a wonderful feeling!
I enjoy teaching children new things and learning from them the things I did not know.
If I were not a Mom I don't know what I would do!
My children are my heart and my life!

Today Is The Day!!

Today is My Day!!

I wake up,get dressed,drink my caffeine,and I get started with my day.

I never know what the Lord has in store for me.But,I wait in silence as I go through my day!

Weather outside may often determine my mood.
Warm and sunny brings a smile to my face and brightens my day!
While rain and snow may bring me down.

But,all of this weather and mood stuff is just an obstacle,I know that "HE" has plans for me no matter the mood!

So,will I have a good day or so so remains to be seen each day when I get up!
Only one thing rings true no matter what the Lord is here for me!

I will live each day knowing that there is a bigger and better plan for me and my life and also, know that God is always here to carry me through!
